Jeff Mitchell

Jeff Mitchell is the CEO and Founder of Monolith Financial Group. He has over 22 years’ experience in the insurance and financial industry and holds Chartered Senior Financial Planner (CSFP) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designations. He is a licensed life insurance agent #0777322 with Monolith and an investment advisor representative (CRD# 2325229) of Crossroads Capital Management, Inc. Jeff has been awarded Million Dollar Round Table “Top of the Table” recognition and has also been a member of  IRA expert Ed Slott’s highly-esteemed group of Elite Advisors.

Greg Mitchell

Associate Advisor 

Greg joined Monolith Financial Group full-time in 2010 as a Life Insurance agent. In early 2011 he passes his Series 65 licensing exam and become a registered investment advisor representative of Crossroads Capital Management, Inc.

Greg's primary responsibilities include the following: 

  • Developing, servicing and delivering financial planning to clients 
  • Assisting in research concerning market conditions and available products 
  • Assisting in developing client event presentations 
  • Assisting in developing technology services 

Lynnette Oakley

Client Account Manager 

Lynnette was been with Monolith Financial Group since 2008 as the Client Account Manager. She is a graduate of the California State University, Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Human Resources. Prior to joining Monolith Financial Group, she’s worked in the insurance industry for over 12 years. She and Jeff worked together at the Roseville CSAA District office.

Lynnette’s primary responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Meeting with clients and initiating new client forms processing 
  • Following up with clients as needed to make sure all paperwork is processed correctly 
  • Processing new accounts, account transfers, new contributions and redemptions and beneficiary changes 
  • Handling day-to-day operational activities 

Camille Mitchell

Marketing and Client Relations

Camille joined Monolith Financial Group full time in 2013 as a life insurance agent. Prior to joining Monolith, she worked as a dental assistant in the San Diego area where she loved getting to know her patients and helping to improve their smiles and overall well being. Camille also worked in the marketing and social media industry while attending San Diego State University, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Camille is currently studying to receive her Series 65 license to become an associate advisor.

Camille's primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Planning and coordinating educational workshops and events for our client family.
  • Assisting in the compilation of the client's custom retirement plan.
  • Managing advertisement and informational material provided to our client & potential clients.
  • Assisting Jeff in the daily meetings with potential clients, and follow up until they become part of the Monolith Financial family.
